1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VectorAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
VectorAI provides an AI-powered bitmap-to-vector conversion service. Our proprietary processing pipeline converts raster images into scalable vector graphics (SVG) and other vector formats.

- • SVG, EPS, DXF, PDF output formats (based on subscription tier)
- • Credit-based usage system
3. Intellectual Property Rights
✓ Your Content (Input Images)
- • You retain full ownership of all images you upload
- • You grant us a limited, temporary license to process your images
- • We do not claim any rights to your Input Images
- • We do not use your images to train our AI models
✓ Generated Outputs (SVG Files)
- • You own the Output Files generated from your inputs
- • Free Tier: Personal use only (non-commercial)
- • Professional Tier: Full commercial license, no attribution required
ℹ Google OAuth
- • By using Google Sign-In, you authorize VectorAI to receive basic profile information
- • We comply with Google API Services User Data Policy
- • We only use OAuth for authentication, not to access Gmail, Drive, or other services
4. Prohibited Uses
You may NOT:
- • CSAM (zero tolerance)
- • Pirated material
- • Counterfeit documents
- • Disney/Marvel characters
- • Brand logos without permission
- • Stock photos without license
- • Automated scraping/bots
- • Credit manipulation
- • Account sharing
- • Hate speech
- • NSFW/adult content
- • Violence or gore

Important:
- • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
- • Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle
- • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
- • No refunds for partial months
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- • Specific quality levels for all input types
- • Pixel-perfect vectorization results
- • Uninterrupted service availability (99% uptime target)
- • Compatibility with all file formats or use cases
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

8. Dispute Resolution
